Servo Voltage Stabilizer is continuous correction of voltage instead of step correction against specified input voltage range and give constant output voltage within ±1% regulation.
Isolation transformer is used to isolate primary and secondary winding of the voltage and will give pure floated output to the load without any unwanted voltage from the primary side like spikes/surges etc.,
UPS is called Uninterrupted Power Supply and gives power when the input supply fails with required backup based on battery capacity.
The standard input range for a single phase stabilizer is 170V – 270V. The extended range for the same is 140V – 280V. The Wide range extension is 90V – 280V.
The standard input range for 3-phase stabilizer is 340V – 460V. The extended range for the same is 295V – 465V. The Wide range extension is 240V – 480V.
To choose the right stabilizer capacity for residence, consider the total load that would be connected to the stabilizer. Consider the standard voltage * total load of all equipment. Add the load intended to be added in the near future, if you plan to add new equipment. You need to consider the maximum load the equipment takes when it is started. A safety margin of 20% is recommended to handle additional load when they are all switched on together.
We recommend upto 60 KVA 3 phase Air Cooled Stabilizer even though we can design up to 150 KVA upon requirement.
- All the components are covered under warranty if it is not tampered by any unauthorized person.
- The fuses, Indication Lamps, Plastics, Rubber components & any damage in transit are not covered under warranty.
- Our Warranty is limited to replacement of the defective parts only.
Our UPS are made to last at least 10 to 15 years. Proper upkeep and periodic maintenance will ensure that the UPS runs longer without much trouble.
Battery life
For Automotive battery : 2-3 Years
For Tubular battery : 3-5 Years
For SMO battery : 2-3 Years
Periodic maintenance by filling distilled water will endure the battery life is extended and smooth running of UPS without any breakdown.
Our Stabilizers and UPS are made to last at least 15 to 20 years. Proper upkeep and periodic maintenance will ensure that the stabilizer runs longer without much trouble.
Oil cooled stabilizers have to be well-maintained by taking the following steps:
- Oil filtration has to be done once every 2 to 3 years
- Oil Replacement has to be done every 5 to 6 years
- Take AMC after the warranty period which will cover 4 preventive care measures per annum and all breakdown calls will be attended at no extra cost.
Ideally, you don’t have to connect your centralized stabilizer to the Genset. Genset supply is constant and there’s no need to suspect voltage fluctuations. The centralized stabilizer has to be connected to your EB supply. In case, it is not possible to separate, you can connect the centralized stabilizer to Genset since our micro processor based control circuit is compatible with DG Supply also.
